When we learn to stop premature ejaculation, control the ejaculation and how to deal with sexual energy we have started the path to erotic ecstasy and intense spiritual transformation.
It is highly recommended to practice sexual continence in lovemaking. In order to do so it is necessary to develop control and sensitivity.
We will go through a technique with you that can help you to stop premature ejaculation. The technique is also one of the first steps towards mastering multiple orgasms.
Some men are endowed with lots of erotic energy, sensitivity and mental control. Such men will be able to experience multiple non-ejaculatory orgasms after a few weeks of practice. Other men might need to practice for months or even years in order to get to this stage.
Breathe Control
By learning to breathe deeply and relaxed you will simultaneously acquire an increased control of the sexual energy. The masters of martial arts and yogis alike are experts at mastering their breath and thereby their bodies.
Breathing is a very unconscious act for us. We do not pay much thought to it or to the rhythm in which we breathe.
Breathing influences the cardiac rhythm, slow breathing slowing down the heart beat and fast breathing speeding it up.
As you approach ejaculation become aware of your breath and start to breathe slower. This will slow down the heart and metabolism and the urge to ejaculate will disappear.
Breathe Deeply!
Most of us breathe superficially at the level of the thorax and clavicles (called clavicular breathing). This leads to a poor oxygenation of the lungs.
Newborn babies breathe with the abdomen. If you watch a baby sleeping, you will notice that the belly moves with each breath. Abdominal breathing fills our lungs with air allowing us to replace the residual air which stagnates inside our lungs with fresh air.
Our civilization is full of stress and anxiety and we have started to breath fast and shallow as a result of this. You will notice that joyful people breathe slower, deeper and laugh often in this way pulling oxygen into the lungs.
The following exercise will show you how to breathe with the abdomen, as you did when you were young.
You must breathe through the nose in this techniques as the air gets filtered and warmed.
The Technique
1. Sit with your spine straight on a chair with your feet on the floor.
2. Make sure your shoulders are relaxed and place the hands on your belly.
3. Inhale with the nose and feel the belly fill with air. It should push forth as the diaphragm goes down.
4. Relax the chest while exhaling forcefully through the mouth, so that the lower part of your abdomen is pulled back, as if you want to push the navel towards the spine. You will also feel how your penis and testicles are drawn upwards.
5. Do 21 repetitions of steps 3 and 4.
By doing this every day the body will start to breathe deeply by itself even in sleep. In lovemaking this kind of breathing will also become more natural and the control of the ejaculation will become better.
Once you no longer ejaculate, it is important that you carry on with your breathing exercises, as they will help you make the sexual energy circulate through your body and sublimate it into affectionate, mental and spiritual energy.
When men do not ejaculate most will feel an intense pressure in the prostate area. This pressure is alleviated through this breathing exercise.
The pressure in this area is due to the stagnation of the sexual energy there, and should be sublimated or it will lead to feelings of irritability and frustration.
