He also has to associate with a number of professionals to perform his jobs in an efficient and systematic way. He should be able to communicate with physicians, florists, casket makers and priests equally well.
Last but not the least, it is important for funeral directors to come forward and offer some solace to the grieving family on an unofficial level, in order to help them get over the loss of a near and dear one.
