If you ask any woman the most attractive body part on a man they are going to say the chest about 75% of the time.

Men always want stronger, bigger, fuller chests. You can transform your chest into an amazing piece of art following a good workout routine.

The chest muscles are very strong and are capable of lifting a lot of weight. There are many guys benching over 400 pounds these days.

So it's time you start treating your chest like the monster it is. I would recommend push ups as a good place to start.

Start easy so that you are lifting with the best form possible. Some people never learn good form and never get a good looking chest.

You have to feel each rep in your chest when doing workouts. Don't bench weight so heavy that your form suffers because you will not get the same pump in your chest.

If you are putting up 250 pounds and don't have a good looking chest you have messed up along the way.
