Increased strength and flexibility, improved cardiovascular health, better coordination, less stress and tension are just a few positive outcomes.

Why is dancing good for your health? Dancing is an aerobic exercise and any aerobic activity is extremely beneficial to your health. Aerobic activities allow more efficient use of oxygen in the body and are essential for cardiovascular well-being.

One of the best things you can do to lose weight is to find an exercise that you enjoy. Dancing is fun and can burn as much calories as swimming, running, or riding a bike. Yes, you can really dance yourself to health.
