Moira was introduced to Pilates through Romana and later Moira’s passion for this fitness program compels her to create Stott Pilates, which is now a world famous brand in the world of Pilates.

Pilates had greatly expanded on the idea of sculpting the body through gentle systematic moves and change the worldwide perception of how sports could be. Finally people realize that the goal of sports is not to win, but to create a new level of health and happiness that anyone can enjoy without the pressure of being better than the next person. This is about being your best and achieving inner balance and harmony.
