It is a test that measure someones particular fitness level. It allows the specific organization to judge if someone has met a demand that the organization wants. Basically, it's used to see if an individual is able to perform accordingly to how that specific organization wants.

Edit: There's a few examples, but they all mainly contain some form of physical activity and running.
References :
I would check with the fitness policy. And you should definitely go to see your doctor and ask him if you're developed enough to work out actively using not only your own weight. That can be very dangerous!
References :
I've lived here in France for 9 years and am not an expert.... but....

Salaried employees pay tax as does their employer on their income, which is called 'Social Charges' this covers health and retirement among other things. However it doesn't usually cover 100% of health/medical costs!!!!

Normally the standard contributions cover about 75% of the medical costs. People who are in the French health system have a 'Carte Vitale' (Health Card) which has a chip with their ID on. This allows them to get discount when they go to the Chemist for a prescription and allows the Doctor to access their records.

Many people take out a private health insurance or 'Top Up health insurance' to take care of the final 25% medical fees.

Normally if it's a serious illness then the standard state covers 100%, things like Broken legs, cancer etc.

Good luck with the essay!
References :
www.french-insurance.com

I heard that eating a teaspoon of olive oil a day will make you live longer. It's also good to grease your pan with it before cooking instead of using PAM or butter. You can also fry food in it to avoid vegetable oil and other bad things. It's also good on an oil/vinegar salad.
References :
It is the best oil to use if you have had gall stones. it has a substance in it called squalene which is very healthy for the skin. Like anything else there is a limit to how much you should consume.
References :
Olive oil is a good type of fat. Its best to take 2 tbsp. daily.

A few of the benefits it's known for are lowering bad cholesterol and blood pressure, protecting against colon, breast and skin cancers and reducing the incidence of gallstones.

Olive oil is not hydrogenated oil. Hydrogenation creates dangerous trans-fats found in margarine and many other packaged foods.oleic acid (omega 9) makes up 55 - 85 percent of the fatty acids in olive oil.

Studies have shown that people who consumed 25 milliliters(about 2 tbsp.) of virgin olive oil daily for 1 week showed less oxidation of LDL cholesterol and higher levels of antioxidant compounds, particularly phenols, in the blood.

EXTRA VIRGIN olive oil, from the first pressing of the olives, contains higher levels of antioxidants, particularly vitamin E and phenols, because it is less processed.

Olive oil is rich in monounsaturated fat, a type of fat that researchers are discovering has excellent health benefits.
